Tailwater below Platoro Reservoir. 3 miles of high mountain meadow. The Conejos is the largest tributary of the Rio Grande. The upper meadow is a serpintine wonder that cries out for a visit.

Conejos River lower river

Running along Hwy 17 east of Antonito the Conejos offers several miles of walk-in trout fishing. From Aspen Glade campground to Menkhaven the "fly water" provides easy access to some great fishing.

Los Pinos

The Rio de Los Pinos offers some great dry fly fishing in late June through July. We guide some upper sections that run along the Cumbres and Toltec Railroad. This stream offers up some nice browns and some of the best scenery in southern Colorado

Stream Flow

La Jara

We guide in the upper river in a couple of remote canyon meadows. The La Jara has some wonderful brookies and browns. A rugged river that is a real pleasure to fish.
